However, by far the largest tourist attraction in the area is the beach at Pampelonne, which during the summer attracts as many as 30,000 visitors a day. The beach stretches between Cap St Tropez and Cap Camarat, and its 5km of white sand comprise a total of 27 private and public beaches and include a number of bars and restaurants.
